Our Board Members

Theodore Hasslacher – Chairman
Theodore has been in the technology industry for over 25 years ranging from retail to enterprise, corporate, education, rural and mining sectors. He has worked in different areas of the technology industry ranging from telecommunications to IT infrastructures.
His experience has been in the private and public sectors locally and nationally. As a result, he has built a vast network of associates and peers which he works closely with.
A majority of these people are leaders and innovators in their fields, which has allowed him to keep himself updated with the ever-changing landscape (Technology).

Imants Kins – Vice Chairman
Imants Kins has a bachelor of Economics( UWA) and Masters in Futures Studies( Curtin University). He has extensive experience in the business sector as , corporate economist, consultant, executive and non-executive director of unlisted and listed ASX companies.
Currently some of his roles include Chair of Critical Infrastructure Technologies, Director Atlas Iron Pty Ltd and Co-Chair of not for profit Australians for Northern Australians & Economic Vision ( ANDEV).
Appointed Honorary Consul of Latvia for Western Australia in July 2024.

Aiteira Argyle – Secretary
Aiteira’s career has spanned roles in executive and administration management for public and private companies, as well as leadership in community-focused organisations.
Aiteira’s company secretary experience ensures that the company maintains its corporate records and operates within the framework of corporate governance best practices.
She has experience is different industries, from financial, mining and medical organisations, which lends her to a variety of connections amongst the community. Aiteira has held active roles on respected College Committees to support, connect and engage communities.

Izza Wahab – Treasurer
Izza brings extensive expertise in strategic health program planning, stakeholder engagement, and data trend analysis. She holds a Master of Public Health with a focus on epidemiology and biostatistics, and has held key roles across both private and public sectors.
Currently serving in a senior strategic planning position, Izza leverages her analytical and consultative skills to help health organisations achieve their long-term objectives.

Ray Rose – Board Member
Ray has over 20 years experience in the educational industry and has held numerous leadership roles in schools in metropolitan and rural areas in Western Australia across different educational sectors, ranging from classroom teacher to school Principal.
He holds a Bachelor and Masters Degree in Education. Ray has a vast network of colleagues in both the public and private educational industries, a majority of these networks are with leaders in educational institutions and systems both locally and nationally.
He has a vast knowledge of educational resources, services and products and has connections to many educational companies which currently service many schools.

Renee Kennedy – Board Member
Renee is an acclaimed producer of film and television content, beginning her career in the early 2000s within scripted production departments for feature films and tele-movies. She later managed and produced several historical dramatic documentaries, including the Logie Award-winning ABC film Constructing Australia: The Bridge. As the founder and managing director of Metamorflix, a Western Australian production company, she has written and produced programs such as The Bizarre Pet Vets (Nine), Family Rules (NITV), Project Planet (ABC), and more. Prior to establishing Metamorflix, Renee produced a wide variety of screen content at Beyond Productions, ScreenWorld, Essential Media and Entertainment, and Becker Entertainment. She is a member of Screen Producers Australia and the former chair of Screen Voice.

Calvin Wong – Board Member
Calvin is one of the founding Directors at Troppus ICT & Management with over 20 years of ICT industry experience across all sectors ranging from retail, finance, medical to mining both locally and nationally.
Calvin has a Bachelor Degree of Computer System Engineering, and started his journey in IT Retail, moving onto IT Wholesale, then progressing to Network Administration and then to ICT Manager before starting Troppus.
He has a solid background in ICT Managed Service, ICT Consulting and Custom Application development from SMB to Enterprise.
